Head coach and one of the most influential figures in global 3x3 basketball. As a former player, he was part of the generation that brought Serbia to the top of the international 3x3 scene, winning major FIBA titles. He is currently the head coach of the UB team, one of the most recognizable and successful 3x3 systems in the world, as well as the head coach (selector) of the Serbian national 3x3 team. Within the 3x3 Academy, Ždero leads the coaching and methodological framework, focusing on tactical education, team structure, and elite competitive standards. The academy under his leadership operates as a high-performance learning hub for international teams.
